I'M A DOG RESCUER TURNED TRAINER...
Honestly? I became a dog trainer because I just couldn't take it anymore. Seeing good dogs lose their homes, because their owners lacked the right tools and knowledge, and it just broke my heart. I couldn't stand idly by watching individuals and families struggling with their dog(s) behavior... or worse, surrendering them to shelters when they just didn't know what else to do.

Its not about bad dogs- it's about missing communication, missing confidence and missing connection and I knew I could help. And just like most things, it starts with proper understanding.
So, after several years fostering for a dog rescue witnessing the same heartbreaking cycle and seeing how urgent the need for basic training knowledge was, it became painfully clear that so many of these dogs weren’t broken-they were just unheard.
It was then I decided to pursue becoming a certified dog trainer with the International School for Certified Dog Trainers (ISCDT).

I realized how much better the results are when you are confident in what you know. I believe If I can, at very least, educate people to better understand their dogs and how easy it is to remedy most issues, it just might keep dogs home and out of shelters. When owners gain confidence, dogs gain security and when that happens homes become forever.

Learning how to properly communicate with your dog will result in a wonderful life together with your pet, especially when behavioral issues aren't holding you back.

I focus on real-world training for real families, helping everyday dog owners navigate the challenges of daily life with their canine companions. No fancy tricks, no unrealistic expectations, just practical, balanced training that builds trust, communication, and respect. Whether it’s leash manners, household behavior, or reliable recall, my goal is to empower dog owners with the skills and confidence they need for a well-behaved and happy dog that fits seamlessly into their life.
I am committed to promoting proper training methods, advocating for spay and neuter practices, and helping individuals make informed choices when selecting the right breed for their lifestyle.
